We are unable to service or repair overseas units.
All repairs require assessment before confirmation can be provided. A repair cannot be guaranteed until the unit has been physically inspected.
Units with severe impact damage, internal corrosion, or significant water/flood damage may be deemed beyond repair.
Repair timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to repair workload, parts availability, and shipping delays. Repairs are completed in the order received, and priority processing is not available.
