Warranty Information

Nielsen Kellerman Australia supplies genuine Nielsen Kellerman products and accessories backed by manufacturer warranty coverage where applicable.

Manufacturer Warranty
Warranty periods and coverage vary depending on the product purchased. Warranty protection generally covers manufacturing defects and faults occurring under normal use during the specified warranty period.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Water damage outside product specifications

  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs

  • Normal wear and tear over an extended period of time

  • Damage caused during transport after delivery
     

Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please contact Nielsen Kellerman Australia with:

  • Your proof of purchase

  • Order number

  • Description of the fault

  • Photos or videos showing the issue where possible

Products may need to be returned for inspection and testing before a warranty outcome can be determined.

Return of Warranty Items
Customers are responsible for safely packaging warranty return items to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return shipping.
If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault covered under warranty,
Nielsen Kellerman Australia will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product

  • ​Provide a refund or store credit where appropriate


Warranty Timeframes
Warranty assessments and repair or replacement timeframes may vary depending on product availability, supplier response times, and freight transit times.
