Nielsen Kellerman Australia currently ships within Australia only using Australia Post Express Post and Aramex services.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
While we use Australia Post Express Post where available, overnight delivery cannot be guaranteed due to our regional dispatch location and carrier limitations. Delivery timeframes are generally:

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on cubic weight, parcel dimensions, destination, and carrier pricing. Shipping rates are set by the delivery providers, and Nielsen Kellerman Australia is unable to alter or negotiate these charges.

Shipping Liability
While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur that are outside our control. Once an order has been collected or scanned by Australia Post, Aramex, or any third-party delivery provider, responsibility for shipping and delivery timeframes transfers to the carrier. Nielsen Kellerman Australia is not liable for delays, lost parcels, theft, damage occurring during transit, or delivery issues once the shipment has been handed over to the postal or courier service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details and delivery instructions provided are accurate and accessible for the selected carrier. While we will assist where possible in lodging enquiries or claims with the delivery provider, final delivery outcomes remain the responsibility of the carrier.
