Domestic Shipping Policy (Australia)
Nielsen Kellerman Australia currently ships within Australia only using Australia Post Express Post and Aramex services.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
While we use Australia Post Express Post where available, overnight delivery cannot be guaranteed due to our regional dispatch location and carrier limitations. Delivery timeframes are generally:

Shipping Costs

Shipping Liability

While we will assist where possible in lodging enquiries or claims with the delivery provider, final delivery outcomes remain the responsibility of the carrier.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Items damaged during transit must be reported immediately and returned to Nielsen Kellerman Australia so a warranty claim can be assessed.

Who is Covered under Warranty?

We extend this limited warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the Product (“you”). It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the Product.

Warranty Claims

Many products sold by Nielsen Kellerman Australia are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage and claim processes may vary depending on the product, however Nielsen Kellerman products have a warranty of 2 years.

Products returned for warranty assessment must:

Be returned in reasonable condition
Include proof of purchase

If a product is found to have a manufacturing fault, we will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items

We may refuse returns where:

The item has been misused, opened, modified, or damaged by improper handling

Return Shipping

A customers is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns, as Nielsen Kellerman Australia cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit during return shipping.
